Terms of Use — Parents Portal & Online Payments

These terms govern use of the Sherwood Montessori Academy parents portal (sherwoodma.com/portal/), including online invoice payments ("Sherwood Portal Payments"). By using the portal, you agree to these terms.

Who the portal is for

The portal is provided by Sherwood Montessori Academy, 300 W Greenbriar Ln, Colleyville, TX 76034, for parents and guardians of enrolled children — to view invoices, attendance, messages, photos, and school updates, and to pay tuition online.

Your account

• Portal accounts are for a child's parents or guardians only.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell the School right away if you believe someone else has used your account.

Appropriate use

Use the portal only for school-related purposes. Do not share other families' information from the portal, and do not use it to send anything unlawful, abusive, or unrelated to your child's schooling. The School may suspend portal access for misuse, or when a child is no longer enrolled.

Invoices and online payments

• Tuition invoices are issued monthly in the portal, one per family per month, with each child as a line item.
• Online payments are processed by Intuit QuickBooks Payments. The payment service is provided by Intuit Payments Inc. Card and bank account numbers are sent directly from your browser to Intuit and are never stored on the School's servers.
• A processing fee applies as shown before you confirm: credit card 2.99% of the invoice amount, bank transfer 1%, debit card no fee.
• Bank payments take 1–3 business days to clear and show as pending until they do. If a bank payment bounces, the invoice goes back to unpaid.
• Payments are final. Refunds or billing questions are handled with the school office directly.

Availability

The portal is provided as-is. The School works to keep it available during school hours but is not liable for interruptions, and the portal may change as the School's needs change.
